About the role
Our client, a growing retail brand in London, is seeking an enthusiastic Retail Sales Assistant to join their expanding team. The role involves supporting daily store operations, engaging with customers, and promoting brand events in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate retail event promotions.
- Provide front‑line customer service, addressing enquiries and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Register new customers and manage sign‑up processes for the brand.
Required profile
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proven experience working in a fast‑paced retail setting.
- Self‑motivated, positive, resilient and able to work independently.
- Strong organisational skills and the capacity to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
