About the role
We are looking for a dedicated Sales Assistant to join our Nespresso boutique in Sheffield Meadowhall. You will ensure a premium customer experience through exceptional service and support.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome customers to the boutique and adapt to meet their needs.
- Assist customers in finding their perfect cup of coffee and deliver service‑oriented sales.
- Act as a proud and passionate ambassador of the Nespresso brand.
Required profile
- Previous retail experience, ideally in a luxury environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; confident and charismatic.
- Ability to quickly build strong relationships with customers.
