Retail Sales Assistant – New Store Opening

About the role

Join IQOS as a Retail Sales Assistant for the brand‑new store at Trafford Centre, Manchester. You will be the front‑line ambassador, educating adult smokers about the IQOS system and delivering a premium retail experience.

Key responsibilities

• Educate customers on IQOS benefits through conversations, product demos and guided trials.
• Provide outstanding customer service while driving sales and meeting store targets.
• Support the Store Lead with daily operations, including opening/closing, stock management, reporting and cash handling.
• Maintain high standards of store presentation, cleanliness and merchandising.
• Ensure all sales comply with Challenge 25 and relevant regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Previous retail or sales experience, or a strong passion for customer engagement.
• Confident, personable and able to build rapport quickly.
• Target‑driven mindset with a consultative selling approach.
• Quick learner who can communicate product features clearly.
• Professional demeanor and ability to adapt communication style to diverse customers.
