About the role
We are looking for a dedicated and driven Sales Assistant to join our Nespresso boutique in Newcastle, Fenwick. The role is available on both full‑time and part‑time bases on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. You will help deliver a premium customer experience, promote the unique Nespresso brand and contribute to the boutique’s performance.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome customers to the boutique and adapt to meet their needs.
- Support customers in finding their perfect cup of coffee and deliver service‑oriented sales.
- Act as a proud and passionate ambassador of Nespresso, promoting the unique brand experience.
Required profile
- Retail experience, ideally in a luxury environment (other sectors considered).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; confident and charismatic.
- Ability to quickly build strong relationships with customers and provide support where needed.
