Retail Sales Colleague – Customer Tech Advisor

About the role

We are looking for a friendly Retail Sales Colleague to join our Currys store in Burton upon Trent. You will help customers discover and enjoy the latest technology while delivering excellent service.

Key responsibilities

• Ask the right questions to match customers with suitable products.
• Make every customer interaction memorable and supportive.
• Offer services such as delivery, installation, recycling and payment options.
• Contribute to the store’s overall sales performance.
• Work across different departments and product ranges.
• Support store operations by completing operational tasks.

Required profile

• Approachable and friendly.
• Keen to learn about the latest technology.
• Comfortable achieving personal sales, service and customer experience targets.
• Strong team player confident working across all parts of the store.

Required skills

• Hourly rate of £12.71 plus an average bonus of £0.89 per hour (rising to £13.01 after probation).
