About the role

As a Retail Sales Colleague at Currys you will join a friendly team in Workington, helping customers discover and enjoy the latest technology. The role is part‑time (8‑15 hours per week) with flexible scheduling, including weekends, and offers a clear pathway to full‑time hours.

Key responsibilities

• Ask the right questions to match customers with the most suitable products.
• Make every customer interaction memorable and supportive.
• Promote and arrange support services such as delivery, installation, recycling and payment options.
• Contribute to the overall sales performance of the store.
• Work across different departments and product ranges as needed.
• Assist with operational tasks that keep the store running smoothly.

• Keen to learn about the latest technology and product features.
• Comfortable meeting personal sales, service and customer‑experience targets.
