Retail Sales Colleague – Part‑time

About the role

Join Currys in Derby as a Sales Colleague, working part‑time on the shop floor to help customers discover and enjoy technology. You will receive a short induction and ongoing training, giving you the confidence to advise, sell and support a wide range of tech products.

Key responsibilities

• Ask the right questions to match customers with suitable products.
• Make every customer interaction memorable and helpful.
• Promote and arrange support services such as delivery, installation and recycling.
• Contribute to the store’s overall sales performance.
• Assist across different departments and product ranges.
• Support store operations by completing routine tasks.

Required profile

• Approachable, friendly and eager to learn about new technology.
• Comfortable meeting personal sales, service and customer‑experience targets.
• Strong team player who enjoys working across the whole store.
