Missions principales

• Inspire customers through creative and functional kitchen and bedroom designs that drive sales.
• Manage the complete end-to-end customer journey, ensuring a seamless and premium experience.
• Promote additional products and services, including financial options and professional installation.
• Proactively follow up on all customer inquiries to maximize conversion rates.
• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date order bank through consistent client communication.
• Adhere to all health and safety policies and Integrated Management System (IMS) procedures.

• Previous experience working towards sales targets in a retail setting is highly desirable.
