Missions principales
- Inspire customers through creative and functional kitchen and bedroom designs that drive sales.
- Manage the complete end-to-end customer journey, ensuring a seamless and premium experience.
- Promote additional products and services, including financial options and professional installation.
- Proactively follow up on all customer inquiries to maximize conversion rates.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date order bank through consistent client communication.
- Adhere to all health and safety policies and Integrated Management System (IMS) procedures.
Profil recherché
- A proactive, goal-oriented individual with a strong drive to succeed in a sales environment.
- Previous experience working towards sales targets in a retail setting is highly desirable.
- A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetic design.
- A customer-centric approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Flexibility to work a schedule that includes evenings and weekends.
