Retail Sales Merchandiser – Part‑time (11.5 hrs/week)

About the role

We are looking for a part‑time Retail Sales Merchandiser to join our team in Oxford, working 11.5 hours per week across a flexible shift pattern. The role involves face‑to‑face customer interaction and in‑store merchandising for leading fashion jewellery brands.

Key responsibilities

• Merchandise products according to visual merchandising guidelines.
• Put out deliveries of new stock.
• Maintain housekeeping standards in the store.
• Set up promotional activities.
• Collaborate with host management teams to build relationships and identify sales opportunities.

Required profile

• Customer‑focused with a friendly, polite and professional attitude.
• Prior experience in a customer‑facing or retail environment (fashion brands a plus).
• Access to a smartphone running Android 8.1+ or iOS 13.4+ and comfortable using retail apps.
• Available to start as soon as possible and able to work the specified shift pattern.
