Retail Sales Merchandiser – Part‑time (2 hrs/week)

About the role

We are seeking a part‑time Retail Sales Merchandiser to work 2 hours per week in Workington, supporting our fashion jewellery brands across multiple store locations. The role involves face‑to‑face customer interaction and in‑store merchandising to drive sales.

Key responsibilities

• Merchandise products according to visual merchandising guidelines.
• Unpack and display new stock deliveries.
• Maintain housekeeping standards within the store.
• Set up promotional activities and displays.
• Collaborate with host management teams to build relationships and identify sales opportunities.

Required profile

• Customer‑focused with a friendly, polite and professional attitude.
• Available to start immediately and flexible to work 2 hours on Fridays.
• Willingness to travel to different stores within the assigned zone.
• Ability to work during the busy Christmas period without taking leave.
