Retail Sales Merchandiser – Part‑time (7 hrs/week)

About the role

The Retail Sales Merchandiser position is a part‑time permanent role based in Ballymena, working 7 hours per week across a split shift pattern (1.5 hrs on Monday, 2.5 hrs on Wednesday and 3 hrs on Friday). You must have your own vehicle and a full driving licence. The role involves face‑to‑face contact with customers and merchandising duties within DCK’s fashion jewellery stores.

Key responsibilities

• Merchandise products according to visual‑merchandising guidelines.
• Put out deliveries of new stock on the shop floor.
• Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store.
• Set up and support promotional activities.
• Build relationships with host management teams and identify sales opportunities.

Required profile

• Customer‑focused with a friendly, polite and professional attitude.
• Own a vehicle and hold a full driving licence.
• Available to work the specified shift pattern and start as soon as possible.
• Tech‑savvy – comfortable using a range of mobile apps.
• Ability to work during the busy Christmas period (no leave in December).
