Retail Sales Merchandiser (Part‑time, Carlisle)

About the role

This part‑time permanent position is based in Carlisle and involves supporting DCK’s fashion jewellery brands across multiple retail stores. You will work four Fridays a week, using your own vehicle and a full driving licence to travel between locations. The role offers a flexible schedule and the chance to develop merchandising expertise in a fast‑moving retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Merchandise products according to visual merchandising guidelines.
• Unload and display new stock deliveries.
• Maintain housekeeping standards within the store.
• Set up and manage promotional activities.
• Collaborate with host management teams to build relationships and identify sales opportunities.

Required profile

• Customer‑focused with a friendly, polite, professional and positive attitude.
• Prior experience in a customer‑facing or retail setting is preferred.
• Sales or retail sales experience is advantageous.
• Access to an up‑to‑date Apple or Android smartphone.
• Own vehicle and a full driving licence are required.
