Retail Solution Architect – Multi‑site Transformation

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Retail Solution Architect to join a major transformation programme across a large multi‑site retail estate. The role will be pivotal in shaping architecture and design for several business‑critical initiatives, ensuring new technology solutions integrate seamlessly across retail operations and customer channels.

Key responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture and design across multiple retail locations.
• Support the implementation of a new home delivery platform.
• Support the implementation of a new hotel booking system.
• Drive EPOS modernisation initiatives.
• Guide the introduction of a new till system.
• Collaborate closely with business and technology stakeholders to align solutions with operational requirements and long‑term strategy.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering technology solutions within retail environments.
• Strong background in retail technology architecture, store systems, and in‑store technology.
• Experience with EPOS platforms and modernisation programmes.
• Knowledge of omnichannel retail solutions and multi‑site technology design.
• Ability to design end‑to‑end solutions across complex retail estates.

Required skills
