Retail Store Promoter

About the role

We’re looking for a Sales Promoter to work for CPM representing global technology leader Samsung. You will act as the product expert for all Samsung TV and AV products, delivering a memorable experience to customers in the Southend Currys store.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers, ask questions, listen to their needs and recommend suitable Samsung products.
• Proactively build relationships with store staff and customers, increasing product knowledge and brand advocacy.
• Work alongside the in‑store team to drive sales, promote Samsung, and keep the brand top‑of‑mind.
• Maintain a high level of product expertise and provide accurate information about new releases.

• Relationship builder who can connect with customers and store colleagues.
• Confident and ambitious, driven to exceed sales targets.
• Customer‑centric with a passion for delivering top‑notch service.

• Pay: £95 per day plus up to 40% bonus (OTE £133 per day).
