Retail Supervisor (32-40 hrs/week)

About the role

Supervisors at Lush play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences. You will lead a team on the shop floor, foster a positive atmosphere, and ensure smooth communication across the store and neighbouring locations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the sales team through coaching, feedback and product knowledge development.
• Engage customers with warm welcomes, open‑ended questions and tailored product recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, visually appealing shop floor and ensure displays follow guidelines.
• Support the store manager in achieving sales targets and organise in‑store events.
• Provide training, development and onboarding for new staff.
• Take charge of daily operations in the manager’s absence, upholding health and safety standards.

Required profile

• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating a kind, welcoming environment.
• Strong management skills – able to handle difficult conversations, set expectations and keep team morale high.
• Team‑oriented mindset, working collaboratively to achieve shared goals.
• Effective verbal communication to keep information flowing across the store and with neighbouring locations.
