Retail Supervisor – Fashion Store

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Retail Supervisor to join a fast‑growing fashion retailer in Chelmsford. You will support the Store Manager in daily operations, lead the shop floor team and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with day‑to‑day store running and visual standards.
• Lead, coach and motivate a team of sales assistants to achieve sales targets.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor stock levels, merchandising and store presentation.
• Step in to manage the store in the manager’s absence.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, Key Holder or Senior Sales Assistant in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Strong leadership, coaching and communication abilities.
• Commercial awareness with a focus on meeting KPIs and sales goals.
• Positive attitude, reliable and able to work flexible retail hours.
