Retail Supervisor – Full Time

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Retail Supervisor to join our Annan shop. This permanent, full‑time position offers a variety of shifts across five days a week and the chance to develop your retail management career.

Key responsibilities

• Support the store manager in leading the team and delivering excellent customer service.
• Take full responsibility for shop operations in the manager’s absence, including opening, closing, cash handling and order placement.
• Ensure deliveries are processed quickly and shop routines are completed to maintain a safe, clean and tidy environment.
• Control operational costs such as shrinkage, waste and payroll.
• Develop and coach retail assistants to build a strong team.

Required profile

• A friendly, positive and hard‑working attitude.
• Strong people skills with the ability to build good relationships with colleagues and customers.
• Trustworthy and reliable, able to work independently and as part of a small team.
• Willingness to be fully flexible with availability, including weekends.
• Basic DBS or Disclosure Scotland check will be required.
