About the role

Farmfoods is seeking a motivated Retail Supervisor to join our Llansamlet store in Swansea. This permanent, full‑time position offers 39 hours across five days, with a variety of shift patterns and the opportunity to develop your retail management career.

Key responsibilities

• Support the store manager in leading the team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Take full responsibility for shop operations in the manager’s absence, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and order placement.
• Ensure deliveries are processed efficiently and store routines are completed to maintain a safe, clean, and tidy environment.
• Control operational costs by monitoring shrinkage, waste, and payroll.
• Develop and coach retail assistants to build a high‑performing team.
