Retail Supervisor – Luxury Store, Islington

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Supervisor to join our luxury retail store in Islington. You will lead the shop floor, support the management team and help create memorable experiences for every customer.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily store operations, including visual merchandising, stock presentation and housekeeping.
• Deliver personalised customer service and resolve queries professionally.
• Assist with stock management, deliveries, replenishment and inventory accuracy.
• Motivate, coach and develop team members to meet individual and store targets.
• Help drive sales performance by meeting KPIs and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Support opening and closing procedures and ensure health & safety compliance.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader or Senior Sales Advisor in premium or design‑led retail.
• Strong commercial awareness and a passion for driving sales.
• Customer‑first mindset with excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Organised, adaptable and able to work weekends and busy periods.
