Retail Supervisor – Nespresso Boutique (Newcastle Fenwick)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, commercially driven Retail Supervisor to lead our Nespresso boutique at Fenwick, Newcastle, delivering premium customer experiences and meeting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Completing shop floor observations and providing feedback to the team in line with management support.
• Utilising customer experience and everyday coaching across the team.
• Delivering a high standard of customer service.
• Facilitating team training sessions.
• Taking accountability for managing and resolving escalated complaints.
• Monitoring and leading on internal control processes.
• Leading on ad hoc audits.

Required profile

• Previous supervisory shop‑floor experience in the retail sector, ideally from a luxury background.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong understanding of the retail and competitive environment for Nespresso.
• Enthusiasm to coach, train and mentor Sales Assistants.
• Ability to maintain and support a positive and collaborative team culture.

What we offer

• Salary £32,243 per annum on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract.
