Retail Supervisor – Part-time

About the role

We are looking for a part‑time Retail Supervisor to join our Savers store in Witham. Working 16 hours a week with flexible shifts, you will support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in delivering excellent customer service and driving sales.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of retail staff to meet sales and service targets.
• Ensure store presentation, merchandising and health‑and‑safety standards are maintained.
• Handle opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and stock checks.
• Assist with recruitment, training and performance reviews.
• Engage with the local community and promote store initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience.
• Strong communication and people‑management skills.
• Passion for the products sold and for delivering great customer experiences.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
