Retail Supervisor – Part‑time (16 hrs/week)

About the role

Join Savers as a part‑time Supervisor, working around 16 hours a week with flexible shifts across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends. You will support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in delivering excellent customer service and driving store performance.

Key responsibilities

• Coach and motivate a small team to meet sales and service targets.
• Maintain store standards, merchandising and stock levels.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures and cash handling.
• Engage with the local community and represent the brand positively.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and maximise sales.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of retail experience.
• Enthusiastic about developing people and leading by example.
• Passionate about the products sold and customer experience.
• Committed to keeping people at the heart of every action.

Required skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Basic numeracy for cash handling.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
