About the role

Join Savers as a Supervisor and help lead a dynamic retail team. You’ll work alongside the Store and Assistant Manager, rolling up your sleeves to maximise opportunities, coach staff and deliver excellent results for the store and the local community.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage and coach the store team to deliver exemplary results.
  • Maximise sales opportunities and ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Engage with the local community and represent Savers positively.

Required profile

  • At least 1 year of retail experience.
  • Enthusiastic about developing personal skills and helping others improve.
  • Passionate about the products sold by Savers.
