Retail Supervisor – Part‑time (Bournemouth)

About the role

Join Savers as a part‑time Retail Supervisor in Bournemouth and help lead a dynamic store team. You’ll work closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth daily operations and deliver excellent customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee store opening and closing procedures, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• Coach, motivate and develop team members to achieve sales targets and high service standards.
• Monitor stock levels, organise replenishment and support visual merchandising.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Assist with scheduling, payroll queries and attendance management.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience.
• Strong people‑focused attitude with a passion for developing others.
• Enthusiastic about the products sold and committed to delivering great service.

Required skills

• Basic numeracy for cash handling.
• Effective communication with customers and staff.
