Retail Supervisor (Part‑time)

About the role

Join Savers as a part‑time Supervisor and help lead a dynamic retail team. You’ll work alongside the Store and Assistant Manager, coaching staff and ensuring the store delivers excellent results while engaging with the local community.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and motivate a team of retail staff on flexible shifts.
• Coach employees to achieve sales targets and high customer service standards.
• Maintain store presentation and stock levels.
• Represent Savers in the local community and build strong relationships.
• Support the Store Manager with daily operational tasks.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience.
• Enthusiastic about developing personal and team skills.
• Passionate about the products sold by Savers.
• People‑focused with a commitment to inclusive service.
