Retail Supervisor (Part‑time)

About the role

Superdrug is looking for an enthusiastic Retail Supervisor to join our Lewes store on a part‑time basis. You will help create a welcoming environment, motivate the team and ensure customers leave feeling great.

Key responsibilities

• Support the management team with day‑to‑day store operations.
• Drive sales and meet performance targets, including profit and service KPIs.
• Maintain store presentation, keep shelves stocked and ensure visual standards.
• Help reduce shrinkage and minimise till errors.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and promote Star Buys.
• Assist team members in developing their skills and achieving their goals.

Required profile

• Supervisory or team‑leader experience in a fast‑paced high‑street retailer (preferred).
• Understanding of retail key performance indicators such as sales, profit and service.
• Ability to coach and develop colleagues.
• Willingness to carry out piercing services (training provided, not essential).
