Retail Supervisor – Part‑time (Oxford)

About the role

Superdrug is looking for an enthusiastic Retail Supervisor to join the Oxford store on a part‑time basis. You will support the management team in delivering excellent customer service, driving sales and maintaining store standards. This role offers flexible shifts and the chance to develop your leadership skills in a fast‑moving retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the store manager with day‑to‑day operations and staff scheduling.
• Motivate and lead a team to achieve sales, profit and service targets.
• Ensure shelves are stocked, the store is tidy and visual standards are met.
• Help reduce shrinkage and manage till accuracy.
• Promote Star Buys and other promotional offers to customers.
• Provide occasional piercing services after training (optional).

Required profile

• Previous supervisory or team‑leader experience in a high‑street retail setting (preferred).
• Understanding of retail KPIs such as sales, profit and service metrics.
• Ability to develop and coach team members.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
