Retail Supervisor – Part‑time (Portsmouth)

About the role

Join Savers as a part‑time Supervisor in Portsmouth, working 16 hours per week with flexible shift patterns. You will support the Store and Assistant Manager in delivering excellent customer service and driving store performance.

Key responsibilities

• Coach, motivate and develop a small retail team to meet sales and service targets.
• Maintain store standards, visual merchandising and stock levels.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures and cash handling.
• Represent Savers in the local community and promote store initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience.
• Strong people‑focused attitude and ability to lead by example.
• Passion for the products sold and willingness to learn.
• Flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends.
