Retail Supervisor – Part‑time (Stockport)

About the role

Superdrug is looking for an enthusiastic Retail Supervisor to join the Stockport store on a part‑time basis. You will work alongside the management team to ensure smooth daily operations, deliver excellent customer service and help the store achieve its sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Support the management team with day‑to‑day store operations.
• Drive sales and meet performance targets.
• Maintain store presentation, keep shelves stocked and ensure a tidy environment.
• Help reduce shrinkage and minimise till errors.
• Motivate and develop team members to improve their skills.

Required profile

• Supervisory or team‑leader experience in a fast‑paced high‑street retailer (preferred).
• Understanding of retail KPIs such as sales, profit and service.
• Ability to coach and develop colleagues.
• Willingness to carry out piercing services after training (not essential).

Required skills
