Retail Supervisor – Part‑time (Waltham Cross)

About the role

Join Savers as a part‑time Retail Supervisor in Waltham Cross. You’ll work alongside the Store and Assistant Manager, leading a small team to deliver excellent customer service and drive sales in a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coach, motivate and support store team members to achieve daily targets.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store is tidy and well‑stocked.
• Handle customer enquiries, complaints and returns with a friendly, solution‑focused approach.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash handling and stock checks.
• Represent Savers in the local community and promote store initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for helping customers.
• Enthusiastic about learning and developing leadership abilities.
• Flexible availability for mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends.
