About the role

Join Lush’s Oxford store as a seasonal part‑time Supervisor, leading a team to deliver outstanding customer experiences. You’ll foster a positive shop floor atmosphere while supporting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the sales team, providing coaching, feedback and product knowledge training.
• Engage customers with warm welcomes, open‑ended questions and tailored product recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, visually appealing shop floor and ensure displays follow seasonal guidelines.
• Support the store manager in achieving sales targets through team motivation and creative initiatives.
• Organise in‑store events and customer celebrations, training staff to host them confidently.
• Cover the store manager’s duties when absent, ensuring smooth daily operations and high standards.

Required profile

• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences.
• Strong management skills, able to handle difficult conversations and keep team morale high.
