Retail Team Leader (25 hrs/week)

About the role

The Body Shop is looking for a proactive Retail Team Leader to support store management and drive sales and profit. Working 25 hours per week, you will coach customer consultants, ensure an exceptional customer experience, and uphold the brand’s ethical values.

Key responsibilities

• Support store management in achieving sales targets and profitability.
• Supervise, coach and develop customer consultants.
• Maintain store layout, inventory and operational standards.
• Handle customer concerns promptly and relay feedback to management.
• Act as an ambassador for The Body Shop’s campaigns and ethical initiatives.
• Perform opening and closing procedures, including audit documentation.
• Assist in recruiting and onboarding new team members.

• Creative approach to store presentation and inventory management.
