Retail Team Leader – Bradford Greengates

About the role

Join DCK, a leading fashion jewellery company, as a Retail Team Leader covering the Bradford Greengates zone. This temporary, full‑time position runs from 07/09/2026 to 02/07/2027, offering £13.71 per hour for a 35‑hour week, Monday to Friday.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador, delivering friendly, professional customer service.
• Maintain high visual‑merchandising standards and optimise product presentation to drive sales.
• Provide line‑management support and on‑site escalation for retail associates.
• Follow all operational processes and health‑and‑safety policies.
• Use the company scheduling app to manage appointments and store coverage.

Required profile

• Previous supervisory experience in a retail environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a confident, positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently while following written and visual instructions.
• Professional personal presentation as a brand ambassador.
• Full, valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle for multi‑site coverage.
• Access to a smartphone running Android 8.1+ or iOS 13.4+.
• Comfortable using mobile software and applications.

• Confident use of mobile applications for scheduling and communication.
