Retail Team Leader – Manchester Arndale

About the role

DCK, a leading fashion jewellery company, is looking for a Retail Team Leader to manage stores within the Manchester Arndale zone. You will work 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with flexible hours and no weekend shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver excellent product presentation and maintain visual merchandising standards to optimise sales.
• Provide line‑management support and escalation assistance to retail associates.
• Ensure compliance with operational processes and maintain a safe working environment.
• Use the company scheduling app on your mobile device to manage appointments.
• Travel efficiently across the assigned zone using your own vehicle.

Required profile

• Supervisory experience in a retail setting.
• Confident, positive interpersonal skills and a professional appearance.
• Ability to work independently following written and visual instructions.
• Full, valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
• Access to a device running Android 8.1+ or iOS 13.4+.
