Retail Team Leader / Supervisor – Brighton

About the role

DCK, a leading fashion jewellery company, is looking for a Retail Team Leader/Supervisor to cover the Brighton zone. You will work across multiple store sites, driving to each location and using mobile apps to manage your schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador, delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high visual merchandising standards.
• Provide line‑management support to retail associates, handling zone escalations and offering ad‑hoc expertise.
• Ensure operational processes and safety policies are followed in every store.
• Use the company’s scheduling system on your mobile device to manage appointments.

Required profile

• Supervisory experience in a retail environment.
• Confident, positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
• Full, valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
• Professional personal presentation as a brand ambassador.
• Ability to work independently following written and visual instructions.

Required skills

• Access to a device running Android 8.1 or later, or iOS 13.4 or later.
• Comfortable using mobile software and applications.

What we offer

• Competitive pay of £13.71 per hour.
• Free jewellery allowance up to £55 per month.
• Mileage and parking expenses reimbursed (subject to terms).
• No weekend working – Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week.
