Retail Team Leader / Supervisor – Crawley

About the role

DCK Group, a leading fashion jewellery supplier to major retailers, is seeking a Retail Team Leader/Supervisor for its Crawley zone. Working 35 hours per week at £13.71 per hour, you will oversee multiple store sites, ensuring brand standards and sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain excellent product presentation and visual merchandising to maximise sales.
• Provide line‑management support to retail associates, handling zone escalations and ad‑hoc expertise.
• Follow all operational processes and health‑and‑safety policies, using the company scheduling app on your mobile device.

Required profile

• Previous supervisory experience in a retail environment.
• Full, valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
• Professional personal presentation as a brand ambassador.
• Ability to travel efficiently across the Crawley zone.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Android 8.1+ or iOS 13.4+ mobile operating systems.
• Comfortable using mobile software and applications for scheduling and reporting.
