Retail Team Member – St Neots Store

About the role

Join a busy Tesco store in St Neots as a Retail Team Member. You will help deliver excellent customer service, maintain store standards and support daily operations across various departments.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, understand their needs and provide friendly, efficient service.
• Work across the store, including service counters, picking and replenishment areas.
• Handle product deliveries, stock shelves, and ensure items are presented in good condition.
• Follow health, safety and store policies to maintain a safe environment.
• Participate in seasonal, community and charity events to create an inclusive atmosphere.
• Contribute to store performance by supporting sales, reducing waste and helping achieve profit targets.

Required profile

• Must be over 18 years of age.
• Passionate about delivering great service with a positive attitude.
• Reliable and able to work the advertised availability windows.
• Willing to work flexible hours, with a minimum of 12 guaranteed hours per week.

What we offer

• Hourly rate starting at £13.28, rising to £14.55 for stores within the M25.
• Minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week (or 12 hours for part‑time flexibility).
