Retentions Advisor

About the role

We are seeking a Retentions Advisor to join a leading insurance brand on a full‑time, remote basis. You will work from home across the UK, supporting existing customers who wish to cancel or renew their annual policies. The role begins with two weeks of on‑site training in Aylesbury, after which you will operate remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls regarding policy cancellations and renewals.
• Apply retention techniques to persuade customers to stay with the company.
• Accurately record interactions and outcomes in the company system.
• Meet or exceed retention targets and service standards.
• Collaborate with team members and managers to share best practices.

Required profile

• Previous experience in an inbound retentions or similar customer‑facing role.
• Positive, proactive attitude with a strong drive to succeed.
• Ability to work remotely while committing to two weeks of on‑site training.
• Available to start on 21 September and able to pass a background check.
