Retentions Executive

About the role

As a Retentions Executive you will own a portfolio of EAP and occupational health clients, acting as their trusted point of contact from onboarding through contract renewal. Your primary goal is to ensure high client satisfaction and secure year‑after‑year renewals while identifying upsell opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day relationships with assigned clients, handling operational queries and strategic service reviews.
• Drive retention targets by proactively negotiating renewals and meeting defined KPIs and SLAs.
• Oversee seamless onboarding and implementation of new client agreements.
• Address at‑risk accounts, listen to concerns, propose solutions and turn potential churn into continued partnership.
• Identify and pursue upsell or upgrade opportunities that align with client needs.

Required profile

• 1–3 years experience in client retention, account management or a similar customer‑facing role.
• High energy, strong communication skills and the ability to adapt style to different audiences.
• Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet ambitious retention targets.
• Motivated, flexible and genuinely enthusiastic about helping clients succeed.
