Retired Primary Teacher – Flexible Day‑Rate Roles

About the role
We are seeking retired primary school teachers who wish to return to the classroom on a flexible, part‑time basis. Positions are available across Kent and Medway, starting in April, with the freedom to choose the number of days you work each week.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver engaging lessons to primary‑age pupils in line with the school curriculum.
- Provide classroom support and mentorship to students.
- Maintain a positive learning environment without the need for lesson planning or administrative paperwork.
Required profile
- Previously qualified primary teacher who has retired from full‑time teaching.
- Passionate about education and eager to inspire young learners.
- Available to work flexible hours, including one or more days per week.
