Revenue Accountant

About the role

The role is an Assistant Vice President position within the Accounting & Control function of an international banking organisation. You will own revenue and profit reporting for the EMEA region, ensuring data integrity and providing insightful management information.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and improve monthly revenue and profit reporting processes.
• Produce financial and management reporting, including performance analysis for senior leadership.
• Investigate and resolve reconciliation issues with root‑cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Partner with Finance, Treasury and Front Office teams on revenue recognition and transaction booking.
• Drive automation, process improvements and reporting enhancements.
• Support governance activities and maintain robust documentation.

Required profile

• Qualified or near‑qualified accountant with banking or financial‑services experience.
• Strong understanding of management reporting, financial accounting and investment‑banking products.
• Proven experience in revenue reporting, reconciliation investigations and handling complex data.
• Proactive communicator able to influence stakeholders at all levels.
