Revenue Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a Revenue Assistant to join the Finance team of a leading law firm in London. The role offers the chance to develop a career in billing, revenue and credit control within a professional services environment, working alongside supportive colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Process a high volume of client invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Convert work‑in‑progress into compliant invoices.
• Support debt‑collection activities and monitor outstanding balances.
• Resolve client queries and escalate issues when necessary.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records of unpaid invoices and collection activity.
• Build strong relationships with clients, fee earners and internal stakeholders.
• Assist Revenue Controllers and the wider Finance team with day‑to‑day tasks.

Required profile

• 1–2 years’ experience as a Revenue Assistant, Biller, Credit Controller or similar.
• Experience in a professional services setting is desirable.
• Strong communication, attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Good numeracy, commercial awareness and relationship‑building skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
