Revenue Assurance and Billing Manager

About the role

The Revenue Assurance and Billing Manager will protect and optimise revenue across the business while working closely with Finance, Sales and Procurement teams. This hybrid position combines analytical insight with commercial acumen to minimise revenue leakage and drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and eliminate sources of revenue leakage across the organisation.
• Lead initiatives to enhance reporting and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales and Procurement to align commercial processes.
• Manage and develop a small, high‑performing team.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers and key internal stakeholders.
• Streamline billing and revenue assurance processes for efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Revenue Assurance, Billing or a closely related function.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Demonstrated experience leading and developing teams.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities.
• Collaborative mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
