Revenue Coordinator

About the role

The Revenue Coordinator will manage the day‑to‑day billing operations for a leading US law firm’s London office. Working closely with partners, fee earners and clients, you will ensure invoices are accurate, compliant and delivered on time.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and issue invoices in line with the firm’s accounting policies and SRA regulations.
• Prepare WIP and AR reports, organise review meetings with partners and fee earners.
• Process time entries, cost transfers, narrative amendments, write‑offs and credit notes.
• Maintain up‑to‑date billing instructions and client billing details on all matters.
• Manage e‑billing set‑up and execution across multiple platforms.
• Distribute completed invoices and support monthly forecasting and collection targets.
• Maintain matter records, close files when WIP is cleared and monitor financial performance.
• Build relationships with clients where required and support global finance initiatives.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of experience in a billing or revenue coordination role, preferably within a professional services environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with all organisational levels.
• Strong ownership, self‑motivation and ability to work independently.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
