Revenue Operations Associate

About the role

We are looking for a Revenue Operations Associate to join Omnea’s fast‑growing GTM team in London. The role sits at the intersection of GTM, Customer and Finance, giving you hands‑on exposure to how a high‑growth B2B SaaS business scales.

Key responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day CRM administration, including data hygiene, permissions and workflow upkeep.
• Maintain and improve the GTM tech stack by evaluating, configuring and integrating new tools.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues, and propose systematic fixes.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports that track pipeline health, funnel conversion and other KPIs.
• Support commission and incentive tracking to ensure accurate calculations.
• Onboard new GTM team members by training them on tools and processes.
• Automate recurring admin tasks to keep the revenue engine running efficiently.

Required profile

• Top‑class academic record (1st class degree or equivalent from a leading university).
• STEM background with a strong curiosity about how technology, data and workflows interconnect.
• Comfort with a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment and willingness to work longer hours.
• Enjoyment of both high‑impact projects and routine tasks such as spreadsheet clean‑up and data hygiene.

Required skills

• Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
