About the role
We are partnering with a high‑growth technology company that is reshaping professional services through advanced AI solutions. The Revenue Operations Manager will lead the optimisation of the go‑to‑market engine, driving revenue efficiency and sales productivity across the full customer journey.
Key responsibilities
- Own and continuously improve the GTM technology stack, including CRM, automation and revenue‑generation tools.
- Deliver accurate forecasting, pipeline reporting and commercial performance insights for senior leadership.
- Design and scale sales processes that boost productivity and operational efficiency.
- Manage compensation administration, territory planning and account ownership structures.
- Champion AI adoption within revenue operations to enhance decision‑making and workflow automation.
Required profile
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations or Business Operations within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven ability to produce executive‑level reporting, forecasting and pipeline analysis.
- Data‑driven mindset with a track record of turning insights into commercial actions.
- Strong partnership skills with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance and senior leadership.

- Competitive salary (£90,000–£110,000) plus bonus and equity participation.
