Review Pack Coordinator

About the role

This position offers an excellent opportunity for a highly organised individual to join a successful financial planning business. You will work closely with Financial Planners and support teams to produce accurate, professional client review packs that are central to the ongoing financial planning process.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare client valuations for review meetings, gathering data from providers and electronic feeds.
• Update and maintain client records in the Intelligent Office (IO) database.
• Calculate costs and charges for the previous 12‑month period.
• Produce FE Analytics and Provider X‑Ray reports.
• Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate and professionally presented.
• Issue completed review packs to Financial Planners within agreed timescales.
• Liaise with providers and internal teams to obtain necessary information.

Required profile

• Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
• Effective deadline management and workload prioritisation.
• Professional communication skills.
• Confidence working with databases and reporting systems.
• Previous experience in financial services is advantageous but not essential.
