Reward Administrator – Fixed‑Term Contract

About the role

We are seeking a highly organised Reward Administrator to join Specsavers’ Global Reward & Policy team on a fixed‑term basis. The role sits at the heart of our reward services, supporting benefits, bonus and incentive programmes across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Handle employee queries via ServiceNow, Outlook and the E‑Cars inbox.
• Produce weekly and monthly reward‑related reports.
• Administer Perks and E‑Cars schemes, process invoices and maintain the People Calendar.
• Keep Reward SharePoint sites up‑to‑date and accurate.
• Maintain medical and dental membership lists.
• Support the quarterly bonus review and the annual Reward Options programme.

Required profile

• Previous experience in HR or a process‑driven environment with exposure to reward, payroll or data analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle confidential information responsibly.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience using ServiceNow for ticket handling.
• Familiarity with SharePoint content management.

What we offer

• Fixed‑term contract until 31 January 2027 (full‑time).
