About the role
We are seeking a Reward Analyst to support a global education group on a contract basis. You will help design and implement robust pay bands in line with the EU Pay Transparency directive and ensure our compensation practices remain competitive and compliant.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain pay band structures across the organisation.
- Manage pay and benefit benchmarking activities.
- Support the annual pay award process and provide data‑driven insights to business leaders.
- Advise HR colleagues and managers on compensation queries.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a reward or compensation analyst, preferably in a complex or global environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Commitment to diversity and inclusion through equitable reward practices.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel proficiency.
What we offer
- Contract role at a daily rate of £315‑£320 (inside IR35).
