Reward Manager – 12‑Month Fixed‑Term (Hybrid)

About the role

The Reward Manager will join Reed’s People Team on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract, supporting compensation, benefits and HR systems across the EMEA region. Reporting to the Head of Reward, EMEA, the role blends data analysis, governance and stakeholder engagement in a hybrid working environment based in Hatfield.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and support compensation and benefits programmes throughout EMEA.
• Conduct salary and benefits benchmarking using internal and external market data.
• Assist with annual salary and bonus review cycles and the design of reward plans.
• Provide data, analysis and reporting for salary surveys and governance requirements.
• Coordinate Remuneration Committee activities and maintain HR system data integrity.
• Respond to employee queries, deliver HR system training and maintain regional organisation charts.
• Oversee day‑to‑day administration of employee benefits with external providers.
• Support HR Business Partners on reward‑related policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a Reward, Compensation & Benefits or HR Operations role.
• Strong understanding of salary benchmarking, reward practices and benefits administration.
• Experience with HR systems such as SuccessFactors or PeopleDocs.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical ability.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
